The match, scheduled for 17:00, will take place at the Estadio Armenio and can be watched on TyC Sports. The designated referee is Hernán Mastrángelo. The first leg ended 1-0 in favor of Acassuso, so Deportivo Armenio is obligated to secure a good result at home to keep their dream of promotion to the second most important division of Argentine football alive. On their way to the playoff final, Deportivo Armenio eliminated Deportivo Italiano with a 2-1 aggregate score in the quarterfinals and advanced to the decisive series thanks to a 1-1 draw on aggregate with Argentino de Merlo, where they progressed due to the away goal rule.
